Biotin cares for healthy skin and hair as well as strong nails. It is applied to stop hair loss, for thin, weak, dull hair, brittle, fragile nails and flaky skin.
If you have brittle, fragile or soft nails, withered skin or hair loss, you should specifically approach these problems from "inside". Biotin, also called vitamin H builds up the endogenic intercellular cement and stimulates the keratin formation.

2 Biotin SB tablets 2.5 mg per day (equals 5 mg biotin). For prevention purposes, less than 0.2 mg biotin per day is sufficient.
