Vitamin C, panthothenic acids, biotin and zinc support healthy hair growth. Biotin and zinc are proven to be essential in maintaining healthy hair. Vitamin C supports the normal formation of collagen, which has a positive effect on the scalp. Pantothenic acid contributes to healthy energy metabolism.
