This 100% pure moringa oil, also known as ben oil, is cold pressed and filtered from the seeds of the moringa tree (Moringa oleifera). It is characterised by its very high unsaturated fatty acid content. With its mild, nutty-spicy taste, moringa oil is superb as an exclusive edible oil for the preparation of salads, marinades or sauces, but also for cooking, baking and frying. Its high oxidation stability makes it highly durable without preservatives or other additives and stops it going rancid.
